Dear Colleagues: The US Education Information Center/ American Councils is pleased to announce our next week (Oct 20-24) Lectures schedule. As always all interested persons are invited. Venue: American Councils conference room, Melnykova,63 (m. "Lukyanivska"). 1) October 21, Tuesday, 16:00: Lecture "Funding for the US Study" - will give an imagination what kind of financial aid is given to international students/professionals at the US Universities. 2) October 22, Wednesday, 16:00: Lecture "How to Write a Resume" - will give an info about standards of writing resumes for different purposes. 3) October 23, Thursday, 16:00: Lecture "If You Want to Study in the United States" - in Ukrainian. Will give a general overview of the US and Ukr Educational Systems as well as advice how to choose the right university for yourself. 4) October 24, Friday, 15:30 - 16:30: Meeting with Dr. Pelkey, College of the Canyons in Santa Clarita, California, USA. Dr. Pelkey will give an overview on becoming international students at College of the Canyons, recruiting potential applicants/students for his college.
