Якісна міжнародна освіта як запорука кар'єрного зростання	20.11.2019
Всього : Фотографія : З 2014 року КНУ імені Тараса Шевченка плідно співпрацює з Університетом Західної Македонії, що у Греції. Партнерство наших університетів спрямовано на запровадження у навчальний процес Міжнародної магістерської програми «Educational Management» (MANEDU). Програма започаткована трьома університетами-фундаторами – Університетом Західної Македонії (м. Козані, Греція), Університетом м. Пірей (м. Пірей, Греція) та КНУ імені Тараса Шевченка (м. Київ, Україна). Директором цієї, як і декількох інших міжнародних програм, є доктор економічних наук, професор Університету Західної Македонії Евангелос Сіскос. Він є випускником Інституту міжнародних відносин КНУ імені Тараса Шевченка, а також захистив в Україні докторську дисертацію. Надзвичайно важливо, що випускники Шевченкового університету не переривають особистий та професійний зв'язок з рідним університетом, цінують його високий потенціал у підготовці висококваліфікованих кадрів та залучають його професорсько-викладацький склад до підготовки європейських студентів. Навчаються в програмі MANEDU вчителі закладів освіти різного рівня, керівники освітніх установ, педагоги сектору неформальної освіти, керівники освітніх департаментів муніципалітетів різних районів Північної Греції. Програма розрахована на дворічне навчання та завершується написанням магістерської дисертації. Окрім викладачів двох грецьких університетів у програмі викладають професори та доценти КНУ імені Тараса Шевченка – професор Олександр Рогач, завідувач кафедри міжнародних фінансів Інституту міжнародних відносин, доцент цієї ж кафедри Олександр Підчоса, заступник декана факультету психології, доцент Світлана Пащенко. Наші викладачі забезпечили розробку оригінальних авторських курсів та викладають дисципліни «Financial Management of Educational Organizations, Programs and Projects», «Marketing of Educational Units and Organizations», «Administration and Management of Tangible and Intangible Resources and Human Resources in Education» та «Educational Leadership : Strategy Development and Management Decision Making in Education» англійською мовою. Студентів програми також навчають організаційній психології та культурі в управлінні освітою, методології наукових досліджень у сфері освітньої політики та управління освітніми установами, основам статистики тощо. Освітня програма MANEDU виявилася доволі популярною і вже третій рік поспіль спостерігається великий попит на вступ на навчання у цій програмі, що зумовлює конкурс серед аплікантів. Невдовзі відбудеться перший випуск студентів програми MANEDU. Ця програма має перспективи подальшого розвитку, надаючи студентам можливість короткотривалої мобільності в Україні з метою наукового стажування, спілкування з науковими консультантами з КНУ імені Тараса Шевченка та підготовки і проведення порівняльних досліджень з управління освітою в Україні та Греції, які стануть основою їхніх магістерських дисертацій. Міжнародна освітня програма MANEDU є інноваційною моделлю співпраці нашого університету з університетами Європи. Її можна успішно використовувати також і у співробітництві з іншими університетами-партнерами. QUALITATIVE INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION AS A PREREQUISITE OF CAREER GROWTH Since 2014, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv has been cooperating fruitfully with the University of Western Macedonia, Greece. The partnership of these universities is aimed at introducing the International Master's Programme in Educational Management (MANEDU) into the educational process. The Programme was started by three sponsoring universities – the University of Western Macedonia (Kozani, Greece), Piraeus University (Piraeus, Greece) and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Kyiv, Ukraine). Since then, Evangelos Siskos, Doctor of Economics, Professor at the University of Western Macedonia, is the Director of this Programme, as well as several other international programmes. He has graduated from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, and has also completed his Doctoral thesis in Ukraine. It is very important that the graduates of Shevchenko University do not break their personal and professional connection with their Alma Mater, appreciate its high potential in training highly qualified personnel and involve its faculty in teaching European students. Teachers of various educational establishments, heads of educational institutions, educators of the non-formal education sector, heads of educational departments of municipalities in different regions of Northern Greece take part in the MANEDU Programme. The curriculum is designed for two years of study and ends with a Master's thesis. In addition to teaching staff of two Greek universities – the University of Western Macedonia and the University of Piraeus – the Programme is taught by professors and associate professors of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv – Professor Oleksandr Rogach, Head of the Department of International Finance of the Institute of International Relations, Associate Professor of the same department Oleksandr Pidchosa, and Deputy Dean of the Department of Psychology, Associate Professor Svitlana Paschenko. They have provided original authoring curricula and teach English-language courses in “Financial Management of Educational Organizations, Programs and Projects”; “Marketing of Educational Units and Organizations”; “Administration and Management of Tangible and Intangible Resources and Human Resources in Education”; and “Educational Leadership: Strategy Development and Management Decision Making in Education”. Students in the Programme are also taught organizational psychology and culture in educational management; research methodology in educational policy and management of educational institutions; basic statistics; and more. The MANEDU Educational Programme has proved to be quite popular and for the third year in a row there has been a great demand for admission to study in this Programme, which leads to competition among applicants. The first graduation of MANEDU students is coming soon. This Programme has the prospect of further development. It gives students the opportunity of short-term scientific internships in Ukraine, and communication with scientific advisers from Taras Shevchenko KNU to prepare and conduct their comparative studies on education management in Ukraine and Greece which will become the basis of their Master's theses. The MANEDU International Education Programme is an innovative model of this University's cooperation with European universities. QUALITATIVE INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION AS A PREREQUISITE OF CAREER GROWTH
